Tiffany Bailey (Kerstein) recently completed auction courses at the Missouri Auction School. Joining us in April, she brings her experience in venture capital, mortgage financing, foreign investments, and real estate. Tiffany has dealt with many affluent buyers and sellers; she was the top #1 sales representative for the Marriott and the Ritz Carlton in Hawaii. She will maintain her license in Hawaii as well as licenses in Maryland and Delaware. Thus, expanding Auction & Estate Representatives auctioneering, appraising and estate services beyond Maryland, Delaware, and DC to the Pacific (Hawaii) and later to the Southeast states. Howard Simmons will oversee the Lewes Delaware location of Auction & Estate Representatives. The Delaware office offers auction and appraisals services. Howard will assist in handling the auction of real estate and chattels. He brings expertise in furniture, automotive and mechanical areas. |
